Alerting & Scheduling
Never miss what matters. Schedule agents to continuously analyze your data and receive alerts via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams when thresholds are crossed or when something looks off — even with vague descriptions like "alert me if you see something unusual."
Stay informed, stay ahead
Proactive monitoring and automated reporting.
Scheduled Agents
Turn any analysis into a scheduled agent. Run complex queries daily, weekly, or at custom intervals — without lifting a finger.
Threshold-Based Alerts
Set precise conditions: "Alert me when revenue drops below $100K" or "Notify me if churn exceeds 5%". Get notified the moment thresholds are crossed.
Natural Language Alerts
Describe what to watch for in plain language: "Let me know if something looks wrong" or "Alert me to unusual patterns". The AI understands and monitors.
Multi-Channel Notifications
Receive alerts via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams with full context. See what triggered the alert, relevant data, and suggested actions — delivered wherever your team works.
Flexible Scheduling
Run agents every hour, daily, weekly, or on custom schedules. Configure delivery windows to match your workflow.
Anomaly Detection
Let the AI identify unusual patterns automatically. Detect outliers, sudden changes, and trends that deviate from normal without defining explicit rules.

How to track usage and set up notifications.
How do I create a scheduled agent?
Start with any chat session or analysis you want to run regularly. Click "Save as Agent" to convert it into an agent. Choose your frequency (hourly, daily, weekly, or custom), set alert conditions if needed, and specify where to send notifications. The agent will run automatically and alert you when conditions are met.
What kind of alert conditions can I set?
Two types: threshold-based and AI-interpreted. Threshold alerts trigger on specific conditions like "revenue < $100K" or "orders dropped by more than 20%". Natural language alerts let you describe what to watch for in plain English — "alert me if something looks unusual in customer behavior" — and the AI interprets and monitors accordingly.
How does natural language alerting work?
Describe your concern in plain language, like "Let me know if you see anything wrong with last week's sales data" or "Alert me to unusual patterns in website traffic". The agent uses the Knowledge Graph context to understand your intent, runs the analysis on schedule, and evaluates whether the results warrant an alert.
Can agents run complex multi-step analyses?
Yes. Agents can run the same multi-step analyses you perform in chat. Ask high-level questions like "Why did revenue drop?" and the agent will automatically investigate across dimensions, compare periods, and identify contributing factors — then alert you if something needs attention.
Where can I receive alert notifications?
Alerts can be delivered via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams — with full context: what triggered the alert, the relevant data, and visualizations. Choose the channel that fits your workflow.
How are Veezoo alerts different from traditional BI threshold alerts?
Traditional alerts fire on hard-coded thresholds. Veezoo also supports natural-language conditions ("alert me if anything looks unusual") backed by AI anomaly detection, with full root-cause context delivered to your channel. See AI data alerts.
Where do these alerts fit in an AI reporting workflow?
Alerts complement AI-generated reports: reports cover scheduled summaries, alerts cover exceptions. See AI reporting for the broader workflow.
