If there is one thing we can all probably agree upon, it is that data-driven organizations, by combining the company’s historical data with the insights of employees, typically make better decisions. And this ability to make better decisions can be democratized by making the organization’s data accessible (and understandable) for everyday employees - i.e., data democratization.
